Job Vacancies

• We are now recruiting for the 2011/12 winter season with 2 vacancies for ski chalet hosts.

• We are looking for a couple or two friends who are mature, friendly and outgoing with a passion for food, have an eye for detail and a hardworking attitude.  Ideally you would both have completed a catering course and/or have experience of providing dinner parties and hold a basic food hygiene certificate.

• You will be working as part of a team of 4 to look after the day to day running of two ski chalets sleeping 10 and 6 guests. Both of you will be need to be confident hosting and catering independently when required.

• Some weeks you will be hosting and catering for families preparing early children’s meals followed by late dinner parties and on others you will be catering for up to 10 adults providing a high quality 4 course evening meal. 

• You will certainly need to be comfortable dealing with all types of people/children, always with a smile! 

• Other daily tasks will include housekeeping, stock taking and ferrying clients to and from ski school and slopes in our chalet mini bus.

• You both certainly will need excellent time keeping skills and both of you hold a current clean UK driving licence.

              Minimum Requirements

• UK residents only - with a EU Passport, UK bank account and an existing permanent UK national insurance number
• Full UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 2 years.
• Aged over 21 (for vehicle insurance reasons) - all staff may be required to drive so we cannot consider you if you are under this age.

• Monthly salary paid into a UK bank account (UK employment contract).
