HEAD OF HOUSEKEEPING POSITION AVAILABLE IN FRANCE

To run an efficient and effective team of housekeeping staff maintaining the levels of hygiene and health and safety standards our company expects.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure the hotel bedrooms, corridors and public areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, in line with company standards
• Maintain and improve service standards to improve customer feedback and encourage repeat business
• To supervise and provide staff training and development ensuring high levels of customer service
• Act as Duty Manager for the hotel when required
• Ensuring your team is motivated and enthusiastic
• Control of costs through correct storage and distribution of supplies
• Take control of weekly stock take and ordering for cleaning products and linen

You will have Cleaning/housekeeping experience essential preferably within a hotel or accommodation unit, experience of stock control, ability to continually raise standards, excellent attention to detail, hands-on management experience, proven ability to motivate others and be positive and self motivated.
